- Announcement on Registration Procedure and Receiving Certificates and Results The Continuing Education Center is pleased to announce to all esteemed trainees the registration procedure for training courses, workshops, or scientific seminars, as well as the procedure for receiving certificates and results upon completing the requirements. We kindly ask everyone to follow the procedures below to ensure a smooth registration and certificate retrieval process:
Registration Procedure:
- Online Registration: Trainees can register for courses through the center’s official website. All required information must be accurately filled out, and the appropriate course or workshop must be selected.
- Ensuring Eligibility: Trainees should ensure that they meet all the necessary conditions for registering in the course or workshop, such as required qualifications or prior experience, if applicable.
- Payment of Fees: After completing the registration, trainees will be directed to the online payment page to finalize their registration. The payment receipt should be retained for future reference if needed.
- Registration Confirmation: After completing the registration and payment process, a confirmation notice will be sent via email containing details of the course and its start date. Please keep this notification for future reference.
Procedure for Receiving Certificates and Results:
- Ensure Completion of Requirements: All trainees must ensure they have completed all the necessary requirements for the course, workshop, or seminar, including attending lectures, submitting assignments, or passing the required exams.
- Center Review: After completing the requirements, the request will be reviewed by the center’s administration to verify that all conditions have been met.
- Notification of Receipt: Once the review process is complete, a notification will be sent via email or SMS with details about the date and location for receiving the certificate and results.
- Methods of Receiving Certificates:
- In-Person Pickup: Trainees can collect their certificates from the center’s office at the specified times by presenting a personal ID or trainee ID card.
- Electronic Delivery: Certificates can be sent electronically (PDF format) via email if in-person collection is not possible.
- Inquiries and Support: For any inquiries regarding the registration process or certificate collection, please contact the center’s administration.
Additional Conditions:
- Certificates will only be issued after confirming the completion of all academic and administrative requirements.
