The Continuing Education Center organized a trainer development program for the staff of the University of Baghdad, as well as government and private institutions. This program aimed to enhance the skills and abilities of trainers working in the field of training and education in designing and implementing effective and innovative training courses. The program covered several topics such as training needs analysis, designing training programs, implementing training courses, evaluating results, and other related topics. It was distinguished by providing high-quality and specialized training content, supervised by a team of specialized trainers and experts with extensive experience in the field of training and education. The Continuing Education Center at the University of Baghdad is considered one of the leading educational centers in Iraq, offering diverse training courses and programs that meet the needs of the local, regional, and international communities. The program was successful, with 5000 trainees receiving comprehensive and high-quality training in trainer development and skills development.
