The country should also move towards vocational, technical, and knowledge-based education to meet the needs of the job market.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Note that the center is a specialized center that focuses on development, continuous education, conducting scientific research and studies. It is a cornerstone in the responsibilities of university administration to develop individual capabilities and elevate the level of knowledge and skills to enhance their performance and abilities. It contributes to the development of society by organizing training and qualification courses in various fields.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The center is a link between the university and the community by providing general and specialized training programs that meet the actual training needs of the community. It provides opportunities for the largest number of individuals in the community to benefit from the experiences and expertise available at the university. Through the programs it offers, the center seeks to develop the necessary skills and experiences, and to provide a supportive and encouraging environment, both in theory and practice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Since its establishment, the center has been committed to designing and implementing high-quality training programs and workshops, in collaboration with various academic departments, according to the actual needs of the community.
